We're 25 people with offices in New York and London. Everyone knows everyone. There's nowhere to hide and no reason to want to. The work is hard, the pace is fast, and the people are genuinely brilliant. You'll be surrounded by people who care as much as you do.

Three remote working periods a year. February, August, December. Work from wherever you want. The team has worked from Cape Town, Costa Rica, Turkey and Scotland.

London and New York

Old Street and Union Square. In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Home Wednesday and Friday. Some roles fully remote within 2 hours of UK or US Eastern time.
