IF THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 (US), 999 (UK), OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR EMERGENCIES.
Mojo is a digital sexual wellbeing platform that offers educational courses, community features, and optional product add-ons. Our courses are developed with input from qualified sex therapists and other professionals, and are designed to help people improve their sexual confidence, health, and relationships.
Mojo operates through two affiliated entities: Mojo Men Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 12249986, and Mojo US Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms are entered into between you and the applicable Mojo entity: Mojo US Inc. if you are resident in the United States, and Mojo Men Ltd if you are resident in the United Kingdom or any country other than the United States. In these Terms, “Mojo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the applicable contracting entity.
Mojo is not a medical group, healthcare provider, or pharmacy. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not practice medicine. Where prescription products are available through our platform, the clinical services are provided entirely by independent, licensed healthcare partners — not by Mojo. Please see Section 5 (Prescription Product Add-Ons) and Section 6 (Health and Medical Disclaimer) for more detail.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mojo platform, including:
(a) The Mojo mobile application and website (together, the "Platform");
(b) All digital content available through the Platform, including courses, exercises, articles, and community features ("Digital Content");
(c) Physical wellness products available for purchase as add-ons ("Physical Products"); and
(d) Prescription wellness products available through our healthcare partners ("Prescription Products").
Digital Content, Physical Products, and Prescription Products are collectively referred to as "Services."
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
If you purchase Prescription Products, you will also be asked to agree to the terms of our healthcare partners at the point of purchase, including MDIntegrations' Terms of Service and Notice of Privacy Practices.
If you purchase Physical Products, your purchase is also subject to the terms of the relevant fulfillment partner, which will be identified before you complete your purchase.
Throughout these Terms:
"Platform" means the Mojo mobile application, website, and all related digital properties.
"Course" means a structured programme of educational content, exercises, and activities available for purchase on the Platform.
"Physical Products" means physical wellness products (such as vibrators and lubricants) available as add-ons to certain Courses and fulfilled by third-party partners.
"Prescription Products" means prescription medications (currently topical sildenafil cream) available as add-ons to eligible Courses, prescribed by independent healthcare Providers through MDIntegrations and dispensed by ChemistryRx.
"Provider" means a licensed, independent healthcare provider in MDIntegrations' network who may conduct telehealth consultations and prescribe medications.
"User Content" means any content you post, upload, or share on the Platform, including community posts, messages, and reviews.
"You" and "your" refer to you, the individual using the Platform.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Mojo, the company operating the Platform.
Clinical telemedicine services available through Mojo are provided by MDIntegrations.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that you are under 18, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.
To purchase Prescription Products, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years old;
(b) Be physically located where MDIntegrations' Providers are licensed to practice (see Section 5.9 for details on geographic availability); and
(c) Provide truthful, accurate, and complete health information during the MDIntegrations consultation process.
Providing false or misleading health information to a Provider may result in termination of your Mojo account and may have legal consequences.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or use another person's account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately at support@mymojo.com.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@mymojo.com. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your access to any purchased Courses and Digital Content, and this cannot be reversed. Any active legacy subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to part or all of the Platform, if we reasonably believe that:
(a) You have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines (see Section 9 and Appendix A);
(b) You have provided false or misleading information, including false health information in connection with Prescription Products;
(c) You have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity;
(d) Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other users, our partners, or Mojo; or
(e) We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
Where practicable, we will give you reasonable notice before suspending or terminating your account and provide an explanation of the reason, unless we are prevented from doing so by law or where doing so would compromise the safety of others.
Mojo offers educational courses on topics relating to sexual wellbeing, confidence, and relationships. Our courses are developed with input from qualified sex therapists and other professionals. Some courses are designed for specific audiences (for example, courses for women or courses for men), and availability of add-on products may vary by course.
Mojo reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time to reflect new research, professional guidance, or user feedback. If we make material changes to a course you have purchased, we will notify you.
Courses are purchased individually as one-time payments. Once you purchase a course, you have access to it for as long as your Mojo account remains active. Course access is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
The Platform includes community features such as forums and peer support discussions. Your participation in these features is governed by our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms (see also Appendix A).
Mojo does not pre-screen community content but reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User Content at any time and for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
The Platform may include an AI-powered coaching feature. Any responses or guidance provided by the AI coach are generated by artificial intelligence and are for general informational and educational purposes only. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or healthcare provider, and its output does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. You should not rely on the AI coach as a substitute for professional guidance.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Mojo offers physical wellness products — such as vibrators and lubricants — as optional add-ons to certain Courses. These products are intended to complement your course experience.
Physical Products are manufactured, stored, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Mojo facilitates your purchase but is not the manufacturer, distributor, or shipper of these products. The identity of the fulfillment partner for each product will be disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe Physical Products accurately on the Platform. However, colours, dimensions, and other physical characteristics may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in display settings and manufacturing tolerances.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Physical Products are shipped in discreet packaging with no visible branding or product descriptions. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon the carrier's acceptance of the shipment for delivery.
Any duties, customs charges, or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Physical Products are currently available for shipping to the United States.
Due to the intimate nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for health and hygiene reasons. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been processed. Please read all product descriptions, measurements, and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, and contact support@mymojo.com with any questions before you buy.
Physical Products from our fulfillment partners are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects and product malfunctions, starting from the date of purchase. A defect includes, but is not limited to: a product that won't charge, won't turn on or off, or won't change modes.
To claim a warranty replacement:
(a) Contact support@mymojo.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the defect.
(b) Our fulfillment partner will assess whether the product qualifies for a warranty claim.
(c) If confirmed as defective, the fulfillment partner will initiate a replacement. Replacements for items in stock will ship within 5 business days.
Defective items are replaced, not refunded. If a replacement item is also found to be defective, a store credit will be issued.
You are responsible for using Physical Products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings. Mojo disclaims liability for any injury or harm resulting from misuse of Physical Products.
Physical Product purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the fulfillment partner. Current partner terms: Bellesa / BBoutique Terms and Conditions. These may be updated from time to time; the applicable terms are those in effect at the time of your purchase.
Mojo offers certain prescription wellness products as optional add-ons to eligible Courses. Currently, this includes topical sildenafil cream. The availability of Prescription Products may change over time.
It is important that you understand the distinct roles involved in providing Prescription Products:
Mojo provides the platform and checkout experience, coordinates customer support for billing and account questions, and processes your payment. Mojo does not provide medical advice, does not make clinical decisions, and has no input whatsoever into whether a prescription is issued or denied.
MDIntegrations is an independent medical group with a network of licensed, US-based healthcare providers ("Providers"). MDIntegrations provides the clinical consultation and prescribing process. Providers exercise their own independent clinical judgment when assessing your suitability for a prescription.
ChemistryRx is a licensed compound pharmacy that compounds and fulfills prescriptions written by MDIntegrations Providers.
After you purchase a Prescription Product add-on, you will be directed to an intake form built and hosted by MDIntegrations. This form collects health information that is reviewed by an independent Provider. The Provider will independently assess your suitability for the medication.
Prescription approval is not guaranteed. A Provider may decline to prescribe medication for any clinical reason.
If your prescription application is denied by the Provider, your payment will be refunded in full automatically. You do not need to take any action to receive this refund.
By using the Prescription Products service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with telehealth consultations:
(a) The absence of a physical, in-person examination may affect a Provider's ability to diagnose or assess your condition;
(b) A Provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and may decline to prescribe medication;
(c) Technology may fail before or during your consultation, which could interrupt the process; and
(d) The information you provide during the intake process may be insufficient for the Provider to make a prescribing decision.
(e) You have the right to refuse or withdraw your consent to a telehealth consultation at any time without affecting your right to future care;
(f) Alternatives to telehealth, including in-person medical consultations, are available to you and may be more appropriate depending on your circumstances;
(g) Your telehealth consultation will be conducted by a licensed, independent healthcare Provider in MDIntegrations' network, and the Provider's credentials will be made available to you prior to or at the start of the consultation; and
(h) Clinical records of your telehealth consultation are maintained by MDIntegrations in accordance with applicable law, including HIPAA, and are subject to MDIntegrations' Notice of Privacy Practices.
Prescription Products are prescribed specifically for you based on your individual health information. They are for your personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling prescription medications is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense.
Mojo does not participate in any health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. All Prescription Product purchases are self-pay. Mojo does not submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf, and payments made through the Platform are not eligible for reimbursement by your insurance provider.
By accessing Prescription Product services, you acknowledge and agree that you will also be bound by:
(a) MDIntegrations' Terms of Service and Notice of Privacy Practices; and
(b) ChemistryRx's terms and conditions.
Links to these documents will be provided at the point of purchase and during the intake process. Mojo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, or practices of MDIntegrations, ChemistryRx, or any individual Provider.
Prescription Products are only available to users physically located in US states where MDIntegrations' Providers are licensed to practice. Mojo reserves the right to restrict, expand, or modify geographic availability at any time. A current list of available states is maintained on our website.
If you move to a state where Prescription Products are not available, you may not be able to obtain refills or continue treatment through the Platform.
If you have questions about your prescription, medication usage, side effects, or clinical care, please contact MDIntegrations' clinical support team directly. You can access this through the Mojo app by navigating to Settings > Contact Support > Clinician Support.
For questions about billing, your Mojo account, courses, or general platform issues, please contact Mojo support at support@mymojo.com.
If you contact the wrong support channel, we will redirect your enquiry to the appropriate team.
All content available through the Mojo Platform — including courses, articles, exercises, community posts, and AI coach responses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. This content is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read, watched, or accessed through Mojo.
Your use of the Mojo Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Mojo. If you access Prescription Product services, any clinical relationship formed is between you and your MDIntegrations Provider — not between you and Mojo.
Mojo is not liable for any health outcomes arising from:
(a) Your use of our educational content, courses, exercises, or AI coach;
(b) Medications prescribed by independent Providers through the Prescription Products service; or
(c) Your decision to act or not act on information obtained through the Platform.
The Platform is not designed for medical emergencies or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US), 999 (UK), or your local emergency number immediately. Do not attempt to use the Platform, contact Mojo support, or message your Provider in an emergency.
Through the Platform, you may purchase:
(a) Individual Course access (one-time payment);
(b) Physical Product add-ons (one-time payment); and
(c) Prescription Product add-ons (one-time payment).
Some existing users may hold subscriptions purchased under our previous terms of service. If you hold a legacy subscription, it continues to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of your original purchase, available at https://mymojo.com/legal/terms, until you cancel or convert to the current pricing model. The auto-renewal, cancellation, and pricing terms from those prior terms continue to apply to your subscription.
To cancel a legacy subscription:
(a) Open the Mojo app and go to Settings > Manage Billing > Cancel Membership; or
(b) Contact support at support@mymojo.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until that date.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (currently GBP and USD). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Mojo reserves the right to change prices at any time, but any price change will not affect purchases you have already completed.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your Course purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, if you consent to immediate access and begin accessing the Course, you lose this right (see Section 22.2). After this period, Course purchases are non-refundable except under our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 7.7).
If you complete an entire Course — including all modules, exercises, and activities — and do not find it useful, you may request a full refund by contacting support@mymojo.com within 6 months of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
(a) Full completion. You must have completed 100% of the Course content, including all exercises and activities.
(b) Genuine engagement. Your course completion must reflect genuine engagement with the material. Completion achieved within 48 hours of purchase, or where activity patterns indicate that exercises were not meaningfully attempted (for example, all exercises marked as complete within minutes), will not qualify. This condition exists to prevent abuse of the guarantee and to ensure that you have given the Course a fair opportunity to help you.
(c) Timely request. You must submit your refund request within 30 days of completing the Course.
(d) One-time use. The Money-Back Guarantee may be used once per user. It is not available for repeat claims on subsequent Courses.
Mojo reserves the right to review course completion data to verify your eligibility and to deny claims where there is evidence of abuse or gaming of this guarantee. If your claim is denied, we will explain the reason.
Due to the intimate nature of Physical Products, all Physical Product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons (see also Section 4.5). Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see Section 4.6).
Prescription denied. If your prescription application is denied by the Provider, you will receive a full automatic refund. You do not need to contact us — the refund will be processed automatically.
Prescription approved and dispensed. Since these are prescribed compounded medications, made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any unused medication. All sales are final.
Fulfillment issue. If your medication is damaged in transit or not delivered, contact support@mymojo.com and we will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, which may include re-shipment or a refund at our discretion.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases. Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to purchases by UK and EU users as required by law. Sales tax is applied to purchases by US users where required by applicable state law. Tax amounts will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@mymojo.com within 60 days of the charge. We ask that you contact Mojo directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolving your concern.
"User Content" means anything you post, upload, submit, or share on the Platform, including community forum posts, messages, comments, reviews, and profile information.
By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Mojo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This licence continues for the duration of your account plus 90 days (to allow for reasonable wind-down), after which we will remove your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your User Content. This licence does not transfer ownership to Mojo.
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content you share on the Platform;
(b) Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; and
(c) Your User Content does not violate any applicable law, these Terms, or our Community Guidelines.
Mojo may remove or restrict access to User Content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or that we consider harmful to other users, our partners, or Mojo. Where practicable, we will notify you if we remove your content and provide an explanation of the reason.
If you provide Mojo with suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or other feedback about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant Mojo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Platform and our services without any obligation to you. This is a licence, not a transfer of ownership — you retain any intellectual property rights you have in your Feedback.
When you delete your account, your User Content will be removed from the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some content may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (for example, to comply with regulatory requirements or to resolve disputes).
You agree not to use the Platform to:
(a) Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any other user;
(b) Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or promotes violence against any person or group;
(c) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
(d) Post or share another person's private or personal information without their consent;
(e) Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitations;
(f) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or systems connected to the Platform;
(g) Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from the Platform; or
(h) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
In addition to the general prohibitions above, you agree not to:
(a) Share, offer, or distribute prescription medications to or with other users;
(b) Provide medical advice or present yourself as a licensed healthcare provider unless you are one;
(c) Promote dangerous, unproven, or potentially harmful health practices; or
(d) Encourage other users to disregard professional medical advice.
Your participation in Mojo's community features is governed by our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. The full text of our Community Guidelines is included as Appendix A at the end of these Terms.
If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please report it using the flagging tools available in the community, or by contacting support@mymojo.com.
Violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions, at Mojo's discretion:
(a) A warning;
(b) Removal of the offending content;
(c) Temporary suspension of your account or access to community features; or
(d) Permanent termination of your account.
The severity of the response will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation. Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences.
All content on the Platform — including course materials, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the design and layout of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to Mojo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Mojo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Mojo.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mojo grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and any Courses you have purchased, solely for your own personal use.
You may not:
(a) Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform;
(b) Distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or transmit any Platform content to any third party;
(c) Record, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise capture Course content for sharing with others;
(d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the Platform;
(e) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
(f) Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without Mojo's prior written consent.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable local law. Please send your notice to support@mymojo.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include:
(a) A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
(b) A description of the material you believe is infringing and its location on the Platform;
(c) Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
(d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner;
(e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and
(f) Your electronic or physical signature.
You may link to the Mojo website for non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Mojo. You may not frame or embed any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Mojo reserves the right to revoke linking permission at any time.
Mojo integrates with third-party partners to provide certain services, including product fulfillment, healthcare services, and payment processing. These partners are independent companies and are not controlled by, affiliated with, or agents of Mojo. Each partner has its own terms of service and privacy policy.
The availability of third-party products or services through the Platform, or the inclusion of links to third-party websites, does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Mojo of those products, services, or websites.
Your use of any third-party service accessed through the Platform is governed by that third party's own terms and conditions. Mojo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, products, or practices of any third party, and you use third-party services at your own risk.
Payments made through the Platform are processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. Mojo does not store your full payment card details.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. This section provides a summary of key points; please read our Privacy Policy in full for complete details.
We collect personal data that you provide when creating an account, making purchases, and using the Platform. We use this data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. For full details, including the legal bases for processing and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
If you purchase Prescription Products, Mojo receives limited health-adjacent data from MDIntegrations via secure integrations — specifically, whether your prescription was approved or denied, and a prescription identifier for fulfillment coordination. This data is pseudonymised within our systems, and access is restricted to a small number of authorised senior technical staff.
Mojo does not receive or store your clinical health data — including your intake form responses, medical history, or the clinical reasoning behind a prescribing decision. That information is held by MDIntegrations under their own privacy practices and Notice of Privacy Practices.
Depending on your location, you may have rights in relation to your personal data:
UK and EU users have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. See Section 22 and our Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. See Section 21 for details.
To exercise any data rights, contact us at support@mymojo.com or through the mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy.
You may request an export of your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format by contacting support@mymojo.com. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
By creating an account on the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from Mojo, including service-related emails (such as purchase confirmations, account notifications, and security alerts). These communications are necessary for us to provide the Services and do not require separate opt-in consent.
We may send you marketing communications about new courses, features, or products, but only with your prior consent. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by updating your communication preferences in the app.
If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Mojo, standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@mymojo.com.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Mojo.
For US users: all commercial email communications from Mojo comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism that will be honoured within 10 business days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. MOJO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Mojo does not warrant or guarantee any particular health, wellness, sexual, or relationship outcomes from using our Courses, content, or any other part of the Platform. Individual results may vary, and the effectiveness of our educational content depends on many factors outside Mojo's control.
Mojo does not manufacture Physical Products and makes no warranties regarding their quality, safety, fitness for purpose, or compliance with product descriptions. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and/or fulfillment partner (see Section 4.6), not by Mojo.
Mojo makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, safety, efficacy, or outcomes of any medication prescribed by an independent Provider through the Prescription Products service. All clinical decisions are made by the prescribing Provider, not by Mojo.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In particular, if you are a UK consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms — including the rights that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described (see also Section 22).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOJO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MOJO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Mojo's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Digital Content and Courses shall not exceed the greater of: (a) one hundred pounds sterling (£100) or one hundred US dollars ($100), as applicable; or (b) the total fees you have paid to Mojo for Digital Content in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Mojo's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Physical Products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the relevant Physical Product. Claims relating to product defects, product liability, or personal injury caused by a Physical Product should be directed to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
Mojo's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Prescription Products is limited to refunding the purchase price you paid for the relevant Prescription Product. Mojo is not liable for clinical decisions made by Providers, the effects or side effects of any medication, or any health outcome related to Prescription Products. Claims of this nature should be directed to MDIntegrations and/or ChemistryRx, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Mojo's liability for:
(a) Death or personal injury caused by Mojo's negligence;
(b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Mojo;
(c) Any breach of the terms implied by section 17 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (title) for goods, or any equivalent right for digital content under sections 34–36 of that Act;
(d) Any breach of the terms implied by sections 9, 10, and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and as described) for goods, or sections 34–36 for digital content; or the equivalent provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to the extent they remain applicable to non-consumer transactions; or
(e) Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a UK consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
If you are a US-based user, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mojo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your breach of these Terms;
(b) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
(c) User Content you post on the Platform that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
If a claim is made, Mojo will promptly notify you. You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on Mojo without Mojo's prior written consent.
This section does not apply to users who are UK consumers. Consumer indemnification obligations are generally unenforceable under UK consumer protection law.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Mojo at support@mymojo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our support team.
If you are a US user and the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, you and Mojo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will take place in the county where you reside, or by telephone, video conference, or written submissions, as agreed by the parties or determined by the arbitrator.
YOU AND MOJO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in court as set forth in Section 18.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorised access to the Platform, without the requirement of posting a bond.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your Mojo account by sending an email to support@mymojo.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Your email must include your full name and the email address associated with your Mojo account. If you opt out, the dispute resolution provisions for UK and international users (Section 17.8) will apply to you instead.
For claims seeking less than $10,000 in damages, Mojo will pay all AAA filing fees and arbitrator compensation. For claims seeking $10,000 or more, filing fees and arbitrator compensation will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
If you are a UK user, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are a consumer residing in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider to resolve complaints. Details of applicable ADR providers, where required, are available on request by contacting support@mymojo.com.
If you are a US-based user, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, US federal law applies.
If you are a UK-based user, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you reside outside the US and UK, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country, state, or province of residence. Where the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction provide greater protection than these Terms, those mandatory laws prevail.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes — for example, changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the scope of our services — we will notify you by email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. You will have the opportunity to review the changes and, if you do not agree, to cancel your account before the new terms take effect.
We may make minor changes to these Terms — such as correcting typographical errors, updating formatting, or making non-substantive clarifications — without advance notice. These changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and, if applicable, delete your account.
We will always update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms when changes are made. For material changes, we will maintain a summary change log accessible from our legal page.
Mojo shall not be liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or regulations, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
If a force majeure event affects our ability to deliver Physical Products or Prescription Products to you, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and, where appropriate, arrange an alternative delivery date or offer a refund.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines (Appendix A), and any applicable third-party partner terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mojo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications on this subject.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Mojo's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Mojo to be effective.
Mojo may assign or transfer these Terms, or any of our rights or obligations under them, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Mojo's prior written consent.
Mojo will send notices to you via the email address associated with your Mojo account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. You may send notices to Mojo at support@mymojo.com.
The section headings in these Terms are for convenience and ease of reference only. They do not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision of these Terms.
The following additional terms apply to users who reside in the United States.
If you hold a legacy subscription (see Section 7.2), the following disclosures are provided in accordance with California Business and Professions Code §17600 et seq.:

(c) Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:
(a) Right to Know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
(b) Right to Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
(c) Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, as those terms are defined under California law.
(d) Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mymojo.com or see our Privacy Policy for additional details. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
Prescription Products are only available to users residing in states where MDIntegrations' Providers are licensed to practice. A current list of available states is maintained on our website. Mojo reserves the right to modify this list at any time based on changes in provider licensing or applicable regulations.
If you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in to receive text messages from Mojo, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number provided, including promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
All commercial emails from Mojo comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each commercial email includes a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
To the extent that any US state law provides consumer protections greater than or in addition to those set forth in these Terms, those state law protections apply and are not waived or limited by these Terms.
The following additional terms apply to users who reside in the United Kingdom.
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied by Mojo must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If our digital content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our Money-Back Guarantee (Section 7.7).
Please note that if you begin accessing a Course within the cooling-off period, you may be asked to acknowledge that you are waiving your cancellation right by starting to access digital content before the cooling-off period expires.
Mojo is the data controller for personal data collected through the Platform. For full details on our data processing activities, lawful bases for processing, international data transfers, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy. Mojo is committed to the safety of its users. We maintain and enforce Community Guidelines (see Appendix A), provide reporting mechanisms for harmful content, and take action against users who violate our standards. We are committed to complying with our obligations under the Online Safety Act 2023 as they apply to us.

Improve the discussion. Help us make this a great place for discussion by always contributing something positive to the conversation. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later. Browse existing topics before starting a new one to avoid duplication.
Be respectful, even when you disagree. Criticise ideas, not people. Avoid name-calling, ad hominem attacks, and responding to a post's tone instead of its content. Keep criticism constructive and remember there is a real person behind every post.
Participate constructively. Use the built-in tools — likes, flags, and bookmarks — to help the community collectively identify the best contributions and surface problems.
The following are not permitted:
(a) Offensive, abusive, or hateful speech of any kind;
(b) Obscenity, or content that is not appropriate for a respectful community environment;
(c) Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other members;
(d) Impersonation of any person or misrepresentation of your identity;
(e) Posting others' private or personal information without their consent;
(f) Spam, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitation; and
(g) Forum vandalism or deliberate disruption of discussions.
(a) Post only content you have the right to share.
(b) Do not share others' intellectual property without permission.
(c) Do not link to pirated or illegally obtained content.
(d) Post in the appropriate categories and avoid cross-posting or off-topic diversions.
(e) Do not sign your posts — your profile is attached to every post you make.
If you see a problem, flag it rather than engaging with it directly. Our moderators review all flags and have the authority to remove content and suspend or ban accounts at any time. Mojo does not pre-screen community content but reserves the right to review and remove any post.
For urgent concerns, contact the community staff via the about page. For general feedback about the community, use the Site Feedback category.
Violations may result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from community features, at Mojo's discretion. Repeated or serious violations may also result in termination of your Mojo account under Section 2.6 of these Terms.
